DMCA Policy

Sarah Harrison Dubai respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged infringement that are properly provided to us. This policy describes the information that should be included in a DMCA notice and a DMCA counter-notice, and the procedures Sarah Harrison Dubai will follow in response to such notices.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Sarah Harrison Dubai in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA Counter-Notification to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • A clear identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
